We are seeking an exceptionally talented and highly motivated Senior HR Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts and contribute significantly to our overall HR strategy./p> ul> li> strong>Strategic Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Leadership:/strong> ul> li>Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all levels within the organization, with a strong focus on senior and executive-level roles./li> li>Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract best-in-class candidates, aligning with business objectives and growth plans./li> li>Source passive candidates through a variety of channels, including professional networks, industry events, social media, and advanced search techniques./li> li>Conduct in-depth interviews, assessments, and due diligence to identify top talent with the right skills, experience, and cultural fit./li> li>Negotiate complex compensation packages and successfully close high-level hires./li> li>Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, with demonstrable success in at least two (2) CXO-level recruitments (e.g., CEO, CFO, COO, CTO, CMO, CHRO, etc.)./li> /ul> /li> li> strong>Networking & Talent Mapping:/strong> ul> li>Cultivate and maintain a strong, extensive professional network within relevant industries and talent pools./li> li>Proactively engage with potential candidates and industry leaders to build relationships and future talent pipelines./li> li>Conduct ongoing market research and talent mapping to identify emerging talent trends and competitor insights./li> /ul> /li> li> strong>Talent Identification & Convincing:/strong> ul> li>Possess a keen eye for identifying exceptional talent, beyond just technical skills, recognizing potential and leadership qualities./li> li>Articulate compelling employee value propositions (EVP) to attract and convince high-caliber candidates to join the organization./li> li>Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company positively in all interactions with prospective employees./li> /ul> /li> li> strong>HR Business Partnership & Strategy:/strong> ul> li>Collaborate closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide strategic guidance on recruitment best practices./li> li>Contribute to the development and implementation of broader HR strategies, including employer branding, succession planning, and talent management./li> li>Utilize recruitment data and analytics to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and propose continuous improvements./li> li>Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations./li> /ul> /li> li> strong>Go-Getter Attitude & Problem Solving:/strong> ul> li>Demonstrate a proactive, self-starter approach with a strong sense of urgency and ownership./li> li>Exhibit a can-do attitude, overcoming challenges and finding creative solutions to talent acquisition obstacles./li> li>Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities./li> /ul> /li> /ul>
