ROLE PROFILE
- Lead creative brainstorming sessions to generate impactful ideas that align with the brand's identity.
- Offer strategic insights, art direction, tone of voice (TOV), and guidance on creative concepts for marketing campaigns
- Collaborate closely with the Brand team, Creative and Design team, and lead the Hub creative team, providing guidance to country sub-creative teams in both online and offline initiatives.
- Create compelling and persuasive content for various online and offline platforms.
- Build and improve the Hub Creative assets libraries to facilitate reuse and scalability.
- Lead and execute Hub Omnichannel 360-Degree campaigns encompassing both ATL (Above the Line) and BTL (Below the Line) strategies across online and offline channels.
- Drive and manage projects and initiatives with a comprehensive approach, overseeing all aspects from ideation to flawless execution.
- Collaborate with creatives, marketers, and other stakeholders in CORP and countries to actualize creative concepts.
- Evaluate creative work prior to final submission by assessing specifications, adherence to given guidelines, layout, overall quality, and alignment with brief requirements.
- Supervise the development of Hub content for diverse channels, encompassing in-store, outdoor, digital platforms, social media, e-commerce, print materials, and more.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of creative content, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement at the Hub level.
- Contribute to the global asset library, fostering reuse and scalability.
- Generate innovative, award-winning ideas aligned with the brand at the Hub level.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor or above in Visual Communication, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Must have an advertising agency background (10+ years of experience). Proven experience as a creative leader or senior creative role in a retail or marketing environment.
- Experience in the GCC market, including UAE, KSA, and Qatar, is a must.
- Exhibit knowledge of omnichannel marketing, showcasing adaptability in creativity for various platforms.
