الأدوار والمسؤوليات

  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of HR digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and HR strategies.
  • Oversee the implementation of new HR technologies and systems (e.g., HRIS, talent management platforms), managing project timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure successful deployments.
  • Drive the adoption of digital HR solutions across the organization, providing training, support, and change management strategies to maximize user engagement and system utilization.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and enhanced employee experiences, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, Finance, Legal) to integrate HR systems with other enterprise applications, ensuring data integrity and seamless workflows.
  • Develop and maintain a roadmap for HR digital transformation, staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure continuous innovation.
  • Manage and mentor a team of HR technology professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and security protocols related to HR data and systems, safeguarding sensitive employee information.
  • Act as a change agent, promoting a digital-first mindset within the HR function and across the organization, and championing the benefits of digital transformation.
  • Manage the HR digital transformation budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing return on investment for all technology initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a reputable university preferred

Minimum Experience:

  • 10 - 12 years of relevant experience
  • Significant Project Management experience, including managing large scale operational efficiency projects coupled with deep organizational knowledge.

Skills:

  • Knowledge of HC systems and processes
  • Excellent knowledge in Information Technology
  • Advanced Project management skills
  • Possess a formal Project Management qualification, such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Project Management, or an equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Advanced customer service orientation
  • Strong conflict management, facilitation, and resolution skills
  • Analytical and Problem solving skills
  • Negotiation and influencing skills
  • Planning and organising skills
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Teamwork skills
  • Good understanding of UAE and EGA culture and working environment.
