الأدوار والمسؤوليات

  • Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, etc.) to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and overall experience.
  • Translate complex requirements into elegant, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Create and maintain user flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing, and synthesize feedback to iterate on designs.
  • Champion user advocacy and design best practices in all product discussions and decision-making.
  • Develop, maintain, and evolve design systems and style guides to ensure product consistency and scalability.
  • Mentor junior designers, fostering growth and knowledge-sharing within the design team.



  • 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design or related roles.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
  • Experience designing for B2B and/or SaaS products.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions across both web and mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Figma Make, Framer, Protopie, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and responsive design.
  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B testing.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to balance user needs with business goals in a fast-paced environment.
