Senior ServiceNow Developer

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our teams and participate in the design, development and optimization of the ServiceNow platform. You will be involved in the entire project lifecycle, from needs analysis to production launch and advanced support.

Qualifications

• Design, develop and configure applications and workflows on ServiceNow.

• Implement, customize and integrate the main ServiceNow modules:

  • IT Service Management (ITSM)

  • Customer Service Management (CSM)

  • Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD)

  • Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)

• Develop scripts (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes).

• Participate in integrations with third-party tools (API, Web Services, LDAP, SSO, etc.).

• Follow ServiceNow development best practices (Scoped Apps, Flow Designer).

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform and ensure technological monitoring.

• Train and support internal teams and key users.

Profile sought

• Experience: minimum 5-7 years of experience on ServiceNow, including 3 years on large-scale projects.

• Proficiency in ITSM, CSM, HRSD, GRC modules (at least 2 of these).

• Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript and client and server).

• Strong integration skills (REST, SOAP, API).

• Good understanding of ITIL processes.

• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum mode.

• Analytical mind, autonomy and strength of proposal.

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
