الأدوار والمسؤوليات

  • Supervise and oversee all on-site construction activities for villa projects.
  • Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with civil engineering standards, building codes, and client requirements.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Monitor project progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and escalate issues where necessary.
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure safety protocols are strictly followed on-site.
  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Manage site inspections with consultants and clients.
  • Address any technical or construction challenges promptly.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in civil engineering, with core expertise in villa construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management principles, and quality control.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project scheduling tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • UAE driving license preferred.
