Experience Required

Minimum 5+ years of proven professional experience in UI/UX Design

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (design, prototyping, design systems)
• Strong understanding of:
• UX research methodologies
• Interaction design
• Information architecture
• Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong command of English (Arabic is a strong plus)

Nice to Have / Plus

• Experience designing:
• Enterprise or government platforms
• SaaS products or data-heavy dashboards
• Familiarity with:
• Front-end basics (HTML, CSS)
• Accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Experience mentoring or leading designers
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments

Portfolio Requirement

• A solid and well-structured portfolio is mandatory.
• The portfolio must clearly showcase:
• UX case studies and design thinking
• User flows, wireframes, and prototypes
• High-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile
• Real-world product or platform experience
• Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

Tools & Platforms

• Figma & FigJam
• Design systems & component libraries
• Adobe Creative Suite (optional)
• Prototyping tools (Framer, ProtoPie plus)
