الأدوار والمسؤوليات

Missions:

  • Sprint management
  • Contributor for backlog refinement up to DoR
  • Animation of poker planning and contribution to the formalization of complex estimates (with EM & TL support)
  • Animation of ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Sprint Follow Up, Sprint Review), support for the co-animation of dailies
  • Mastery of the workload and the quality produced within the allotted deadlines up to DoD
  • Supporting the team towards greater autonomy on these subjects
  • Processing requests, changes and incidents with escalation if necessary
  • Contribution to the management of the commitment
  • Preparation, animation and support of weekly project committee (with support from the Engagement Manager and other contributors)
  • Contribution to steering committees and reporting
  • Preparation, animation and support of team meetings (with support from the Engagement Manager)
  • Continuous updating of the planning and updating of the workload plan
  • Communication
  • Main point of entry for employees
  • Main point of entry for the operational subjects of the Business Analysts and the Team Leader Integration
  • Coordination with the client's internal teams
  • Reporting of activity, performance and proposals for improvement
  • Production and monitoring of KPIs in connection with our SLAs, if necessary: proposals for corrective actions
  • Production of progress reports - initial and revised estimates, consumed, remaining to be done - on the subjects that require it
  • Contributions to financial management
  • Understanding of the contractual framework of the service and the financial implications of operational activities: (non) entry of time, travel, on-call duty, non-production, etc.
  • Issuance of quotes
  • Participation in the financial review of DoD tickets
  • Issuance of Activity Reports

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

Prerequisites:

  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience
  • First experience desired as Product Owner, Scrum Master or Team Leader in an Agile environment
  • First implementation desired of Agile Scrum & Kanban methods

Skills Needed:

  • Global understanding of an ETL and ESB, preferably Talend, preferably in an inter-application flow context
  • Knowledge of a ticketing tool, preferably JIRA
  • SQL: Sufficient mastery to retrieve information from a database (extraction of Jira information)
  • Google Sheet / Excel: Sufficient mastery to produce summary tables and indicators
