Job Description:

A Service Desk, Workplace Services & On Site Support for Presales plays a critical role in winning new business, across all markets and all sectors. This role requires a deep understanding of company Employee Experience Portfolio Experience Management, Service desk, Workplace and Collaboration, Onsite support and Hardware Life Cycle Management. The successful you will be a technical expert, a compelling presenter, and a trusted advisor to potential clients. They will be responsible for translating sometimes complex client requirements into compelling value propositions and solutions that address the client's needs while adhering to all relevant compliance and security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design & Development: Design and architect robust, scalable, and secure EUX solutions tailored to specific client requirements. This includes selecting appropriate products from the Portfolio in order to create a tailored solution to maximise the End User Experience
  • Presales Support: Act as the SME lead in the presales process, working closely with sales teams to qualify opportunities, develop proposals, and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations.
  • Technical Expertise: Maintain deep expertise across multiple Employee Experience Portfolio and related technologies. Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
  • Proposal Development: Contribute to the development of high-quality proposals, including technical write-ups, presentations and cost estimations. Ensure proposals are technically complete, competitive, and address all client requirements.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients, understand their business challenges and technical requirements, and articulate the value proposition of the proposed solutions. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Competitive Analysis: Understand competitive pressures on price and identify cost levers to deliver the most cost-effective and competitive solutions.
  • Solution Optimization: Maximize scoring and mitigate competitive advantage by optimizing the solution and response.
  • Understand and address internal priorities and governance.

The following details apply to the positions:

Work Model:

  • All positions will follow a hybrid work model: 3 days from the office (CFC) and 2 days from home.
  • Work schedule is Monday to Friday.
  • you must be willing to travel twice a year for short-term periods.

Flexibility and Shifts:

  • you should be open to flexible working hours, as they will be involved in projects across different time zones (Europe, US). This may require working during late hours, but the company is flexible and allows hybrid or remote work during those times.
  • you will be switching between various products and projects, potentially in the USA, UAE, or Europe. The company is flexible with regard to the hybrid work model but that candidates must be informed that their working hours will be changing based on project.

Other Key Points:

  • Fluency in English: 90% of all roles involve global interviews, so it is essential that you can communicate fluently in English and have a clear, understandable accent.

المؤهلات:

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو علوم الكمبيوتر أو تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • حد أدنى 10 سنوات من الخبرة كمهندس شبكات في بيئات المؤسسات الكبيرة.
  • مهارات تواصل باللغة الإنجليزية ممتازة، سواء شفهياً أو غير شفهياً.
  • خبرة مثبتة في تصميم وتنفيذ، و/أو تقديم حلول تجربة الموظف.

  • الوعي بالحقائب: تطبيق محفظة الشركة على الحلول، مما يجعلها حقيقية وإظهار قدرتنا على التسليم.
