• Advice clients end-to-end on

  • Global Business Services

  • Shared Service Centers

  • Center of Excellence

  • digital process transformation,

  • Organization structure design,

  • Working Capital optimization,

  • Strategic cost optimization,

  • Treasury operations

• Leading assessment & design of the Shared Services Target Operating Model, detailed Governance and Interaction Model, preparation to Transition, baselining across various sites, and business case development for the proposed org structure

• Assess how GenAI and Agentic architecture can be leveraged to generate efficiencies and improve customer satisfaction

• Perform Shared Service feasibility assessments, benchmarking projects and propose Transformation Roadmaps

• Implement performance and continuous improvement measures

• Manage the change impact assessment that transitioned for various business units

• Significantly contribute to the sales pipeline and to business development activities including identifying opportunities, developing and presenting proposals
