الأدوار والمسؤوليات
- Supervise day-to-day site activities for villa construction projects.
- Ensure construction works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor site progress, manpower, equipment, and material usage.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe work environment.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks at different stages of work.
- Assist in resolving technical issues and discrepancies on-site.
- Verify material quality and ensure proper storage on-site.
- Support the preparation of as-built drawings and handover documentation
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
- Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience in villa construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project scheduling tools (MS Project/Primavera preferred).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with UAE municipality approval processes.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
