Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily spa setup and smooth operational flow
• Manage guest bookings, verify appointments, and handle requests
• Deliver service recovery following brand guidelines when needed
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of spa reception and front-of-house areas
• Support spa standards, guest experience benchmarks, and operational consistency
• Adhere strictly to LQA standards and participate in continuous improvement
• Maintain updated knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and service protocols

Ideal Profile

• Diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of luxury spa or wellness center experience
• Hospitality degree or spa-related certification preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Awareness of fitness and wellness trends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coordinate smooth guest flow and maintain high service standards
• Fluency in English
