• Coordinate with sales and engineering teams
• Track upcoming projects and maintain consultant relationships

Sales Engineer

We are looking for a Sales Engineer (HVAC / Mechanical) with 1 to 2 years of UAE experience

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell HVAC / Mechanical products and solutions to contractors, consultants, and project owners.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with MEP contractors and engineering consultants.
• Identify new project opportunities and follow up on leads.
• Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
• Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with clients.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and expand customer base.
• Coordinate with estimation and technical teams for project submissions.
• Regular site visits and client meetings across the UAE (80% travelling).
• Track project progress and ensure timely order closure and payment collection.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 1 2 years of UAE experience in HVAC / Mechanical sales.
• Strong contacts with contractors and consultants in the UAE.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Malayalam-speaking candidates preferred.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and energetic personality.
