Sr. Engineer - HVAC Shapoorji Pallonji Mideast LLC., Riyadh

Supervise and manage HVAC installation works including chilled water systems, DX systems, VRF/VRV, ventilation, smoke management, and pressurization systems

Ensure HVAC works are executed as per approved shop drawings, specifications, and method statements

Plan daily and weekly HVAC activities and allocate manpower, tools, and equipment

Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, and technical submittals for compliance and constructability

Coordinate HVAC works with plumbing, fire fighting, electrical, ELV, civil, and architectural teams

Resolve site issues related to duct routing, pipework, equipment installation, and access

Implement quality control procedures for HVAC works

Prepare and submit inspection requests (IRs) and ensure approvals

Oversee testing activities including pressure testing, flushing, duct leakage testing, and TAB (Testing, Adjusting & Balancing)

Support commissioning, system start-up, and final handover documentation

Ensure HVAC activities comply with project HSE policies and safe work practices

Conduct toolbox talks and ensure compliance with lifting plans, work at height, and confined space requirements

Identify HVAC-related hazards and ensure risk control measures are implemented

Monitor HVAC progress against the construction schedule

Identify delays, interface issues, and constraints and propose corrective actions

Coordinate material procurement, delivery, and installation sequencing

Supervise HVAC foremen, technicians, and subcontractors

Monitor productivity, workmanship, and quality standards

Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers

Prepare daily and weekly progress reports

Maintain records of inspections, testing, approvals, and site instructions
