الأدوار والمسؤوليات

Main tasks:

  • Manage and coordinate inventory management activities.

Duties (tasks and responsibilities):

  • To take into account and communicate to one's superiors any risk that could compromise the exercise of one's activity, and to implement the appropriate actions in accordance with the guidelines.
  • Organize the store and keep the inventory management file up to date.
  • Managing alarm stockpiles.
  • Establish forecasts for consumption, investment and spare parts.
  • Manage the store's inventory accounting.
  • Manage the MR's tool, consumables and spare parts stores, components and materials.
  • Establish consumption forecasts per product and transmit them to the Purchasing Department for restocking.
  • To provide the structures with the tools and consumables necessary for the execution.
  • Managing inter-project and subsidiary transfers.
  • Maintain a permanent relationship with the production and maintenance units for the replenishment of imported products.
  • Record stock movements and ensure the files are constantly updated.
  • Continuously monitor physical, theoretical and accounting stock levels.
  • Prepare physical inventories in accordance with the applicable procedure.

In terms of QHSE:

  • Respect and enforce the general safety instructions and rules in force within the Company and the Project.
  • Ensure the application of the procedures and rules dictated within the framework of the Integrated Management System.
  • Ensure that appropriate collective and individual protective equipment (CPE and PPE) is provided and worn.
  • Communicate any malfunction or relevant information to your superiors.
  • General education: University - Inventory management.
  • Professional training courses: logistics management.
  • Professional experience: 3 years.
  • Available immediately.
