Barista & Food Operations: Rigorous preparation of drinks (coffees, juices, infusions) and placement of pastries/snacks according to established standards.

Customer Relationship Management: Personalized welcome, product advice, order taking and secure payment (Till).

Quality of Service: Provide courteous and efficient service in the dining room or at the counter.

Hygiene & Maintenance: Maintain consistent cleanliness of the sales area, furniture and preparation equipment.

Internal logistics: Ensuring the delivery, storage and arrangement of items and consumables within the headquarters.
