What You’ll Be Doing

• You’ll have real responsibility from day one, including:

• Supporting candidate sourcing and outreach

• Assisting with job postings and talent mapping

• Conducting initial candidate screening

• Engaging with clients and learning how to manage relationships

• Helping shape our systems, brand voice, and processes

• Working side-by-side with the founder, gaining exposure to everything from business development to strategy

This isn’t a coffee-run internship — you’ll be treated as a genuine member of the team.
