Hiring - Technical Liaison Manager | Doha, Qatar

Contract Type: Permanent Hire (Direct Staff with Client)
Duration: Long-term
Location: Doha, Qatar
.
Project Execution support: Approx. 75% of working hours
- Client Liaison: Act as the local point of contact for existing clients in Doha, ensuring effective communication and addressing technical queries or issues.
- Technical Coordination: Facilitate technical discussions and meetings between clients and internal technical teams to ensure alignment on project requirements and deliverables.
- Project Oversight: Monitor project progress and be a part of all technical aspects completion on time and within scope, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, project updates, etc.
Coordination Support: Approx. 20% of working hours
- Feedback Loop: Gather and relay client feedback to internal teams to facilitate continuous improvement in service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with sales, engineering, and project management teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Demonstrate cultural awareness and sensitivity when interacting with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuing respectful and effective communication.
Sales support: Approx. 10% of working hours
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both current clients and potential clients, including ECP contractors and Oil & Gas operators.
- Business Development Support: Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities by understanding client needs and promoting relevant services and solutions.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends and developments in the telecommunications and Oil & Gas sectors to provide valuable insights to clients and the company.

Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronic or IT engineering.
- Master's degree is preferable.
- Having Project Management skills and monitoring progress against goals is preferable.
