EDUCATION, SPECIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE-

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or

related technical field.

• Professional certifications in FM or MEP maintenance are an advantage.

• 5–8 years of experience in Facilities Management, building maintenance,

or MEP projects.

• Experience in commercial buildings, residential complexes, hospitals,

airports, or industrial facilities preferred.

• GCC / Saudi Arabia experience is an advantage.

• Supervise daily maintenance activities covering HVAC, electrical, plumbing,

fire protection, and civil systems.

• Ensure preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules are implemented as per

contractual obligations.

• Monitor corrective maintenance works and ensure timely closure of work

orders.

• Coordinate with specialized subcontractors and service providers when

required.

• Ensure proper functioning of building systems including BMS, HVAC, LV

systems, pumps, and utilities.

• Lead technicians and maintenance staff deployed at the project site.

• Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting support, and on-job training

to the team.

• Act as the point of contact for technical matters with the client

representatives.

• Attend site meetings and provide technical reports and updates.

• Ensure client complaints and service requests are resolved within SLA/KPI

timelines.

• Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

• Ensure all works comply with HSE standards, local regulations, and

company policies.

• Support audits and inspections.

• Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and asset records.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly technical reports.

• Monitor spare parts consumption and raise material requisitions.

• Ensure proper documentation in CAFM/CMMS systems.

• Monitor asset performance and recommend improvements or

replacement plans.

• Support lifecycle planning and energy optimization initiatives.

• Assist in asset tagging and inventory management.
