Key Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Technology Assessment
• Conduct an in-depth audit of the organization's existing technology stack across functions and teams.
• Evaluate the effectiveness, adoption, and utilization of current technology.
• Identify gaps, redundancies, and inefficiencies in technology deployment.
• Strategic Recommendations
• Provide a detailed assessment report of the current technology ecosystem.
• Propose actionable recommendations to optimize technology usage.
• Suggest modern, AI-driven tools and solutions tailored to organizational needs.
• Technology Architecture
• Design a clear, updated technology architecture that aligns with the organization s strategic goals.
• Develop scalable and future-proof technology frameworks.
• Adoption and Implementation Roadmap
• Create a comprehensive plan to implement recommended technology changes.
• Develop adoption strategy to ensure smooth integration and alignment with organizational processes.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand technology requirements and pain points.
• Communicate complex technical insights in a business-friendly manner to stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment of technology recommendations with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology assessment, IT consulting, or technology strategy roles.
• Education: Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Expertise: Strong understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, cloud computing, automation, and modern SaaS tools.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in designing technology architectures and conducting technology audits.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience working with diverse industries, understanding varying technology needs and trends.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical skills, communication abilities, stakeholder management and change management skills
