Tour Guide Camelicious - Emirates Industry for Camel Milk & Products LLC

Role Purpose

The Tour Guide will be responsible for delivering an informative, engaging, and memorable experience for local and international visitors touring the Camelicious farm and facilities. The role includes guiding guests through designated areas, explaining camel farming practices, milk collection, processing methods, product innovation, and the unique benefits of camel milk. The Tour Guide will serve as the primary host and brand ambassador while ensuring visitor safety, comfort, hospitality, and compliance with company protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Visitor Experience & Hosting

• Greet visitors upon arrival and manage tour registrations, schedules, and group coordination.

• Deliver guided tours in a clear, engaging, and professional manner using approved scripts and information.

• Provide detailed background on the history of Camelicious, camel farming, product development, and health benefits of camel milk.

• Conduct product tasting sessions and ensure proper handling of food safety protocols.

Tour Operations & Coordination

• Escort guests through designated areas, including barns, viewing areas, processing zones (where applicable), and tasting rooms.

• Ensure visitors follow safety and hygiene rules, especially in restricted or operational zones.

• Coordinate with internal teams including farm operations, QA, Marketing, and Production on scheduled tours, visitor flow, and event needs.

Customer Service & Communication

• Respond to visitors’ questions professionally and accurately.

• Provide cultural sensitivity and support to international guests.

• Collect and report visitor feedback, suggestions, and satisfaction insights.

Brand & Educational Representation

• Act as a brand ambassador representing Camelicious history, values, and product excellence.

• Maintain updated knowledge of all company products, production standards, certifications, and industry trends.

• Participate in media, VIP visits, influencer experiences, school groups, or event hosting when required.

Administration & Reporting

• Maintain tour attendance logs, booking confirmations, visitor statistics, and feedback forms.

• Assist with content development for tour materials, signage, videos, brochures, or multilingual support.
