Main missions
-
To provide agricultural and veterinary advisory services as well as agricultural and veterinary quarantine operations .
-
Intervene at border posts, ports, airports and field centers attached to the ministry.
-
To guarantee food safety , plant health and animal health in accordance with applicable standards.
-
Apply regulatory procedures and strengthen the level of legal compliance.
-
To contribute to the speed of operational procedures and the improvement of the quality of services provided.
-
Manage emergency situations and exceptional missions according to operational needs.
-
Respect the performance indicators (KPIs) defined by the supervisory authority.
-
To work according to the ministry's internal procedures and to ensure quality service to users.

Required qualifications

University degree in:

Agricultural engineering (Agronomist)

Veterinary medicine (Veterinary)

Diplomas duly legalised and recognised by the competent authorities (Ministry of Higher Education).

Valid authorization/license to practice professionally (for veterinarians and agricultural engineers).
-
My mastery of Arabic and English .
-
Ability to work according to a flexible schedule (including continuous 24/7 service depending on the sites).
-
Strict adherence to United Arab Emirates labor laws and disciplinary rules.
-
Ability to work in high-load operational environments (ports, airports, borders).
