Job Summary:

Leading the identification, assessment, structuring, and execution of real estate investment opportunities with a focus on BOT and freehold development projects within the MENA region, with a primary focus on Kuwait and KSA and potential expansion into UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Opportunity Identification

Lead the high-level assessment of different opportunities directly initiated or received in order to select possible investment opportunities to study in depth.

1. Investment Assessment

Directly or Through service providers: Conduct in-depth due diligence and develop comprehensive financial models, feasibility studies, and investment memorandums.

1. Planning and Execution

Create plans, implement and report on execution at the assessment and investment phases

1. Stakeholder & Partner Management

Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including institutional clients, service providers, developers, and government authorities.

1. Team Leadership

Supervise and mentor a direct and shared team, manage outsourced service providers, and collaborate cross-functionally within the organization to achieve investment goals.

1. Reporting & Performance Tracking

Prepare periodic investment and project performance reports for internal management, investors, and financing partners.

1. Market Knowledge

Analyze real estate trends, economic conditions, regulatory changes, and market fundamentals in target markets to support investment decision-making.

1. Regulatory Compliance & Governance

Ensure all activities are performed in line with internal policies and external regulatory requirements, contributing to audit readiness and risk mitigation.
