Operation Management:

• Supervise and manage the outbound order fulfilment operation of the organization which will be distributed within the country.

• Monitor order processing with accuracy to ensure sales orders are picked, checked and ready to be distributed in a timely manner to meet customer requirement and satisfaction.

• Implement control measures and protocols to ensure optimization of manpower, accuracy, efficiency, productivity while organizational assets are handled and protected without compromising safety standards to create safe working environment.

• Implement KPI’s which are monitored on a daily basis by the hour.

Quality Control:

• Enforce strict adherence to food safety and quality standards.

• Coordinate with inhouse quality officer to carryout quality inspections to ensure the integrity of frozen and chilled products where it’s required.

• Implement corrective actions in case of quality issues.

• Coordination with quality officers for sustaining set quality and food safety and handling standards.

Team Management:

• Lead and motivate warehouse staff, including supervisors, Team leaders, pickers, and outbound checkers.

• Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills.

• Schedule and allocate resources effectively to meet operational goals.

• Monitor productivity and efficiency levels of the team constantly by setting hourly, daily & monthly KPI targets to improve output.

Operational Efficiency:

• Optimize warehouse outbound order fulfillment operation for efficient work flow.

• Implement best practices for frozen and chilled product handling in picking and checking prior to distribution.

• Monitor and analyze warehouse KPIs to improve productivity and efficiency.

Safety and Compliance:

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.

• Comply with local regulations and company policies related to frozen and chilled product handling.

• Conduct regular safety and operations briefings and implement and enforce corrective actions.

Budget Management:

• Manage the staff budget for the outbound operation.

• Control costs and optimize resource usage and allocation.
