Key Responsibilities
Development & Reporting
Develop custom reports using Yardi Spreadsheet Reporting (YSR)
Create and maintain stored procedures, views, functions, and custom database objects
Build custom workflows and business logic using Yardi scripting and ySQL
Integration & APIs
Design and implement integrations using Yardi, APIs, and Web Services
Develop ETL processes using Taskrunner, CSV methods for data migration and synchronization
Integrate Yardi with third-party systems: payment gateways, banking interfaces, CRM, and ERP systems
Database & Support
Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and performance optimization
Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize system performance, and provide post-implementation support
Create technical documentation, user guides, and conduct developer training sessions

Required Technical Skills
Yardi Technologies
Expert knowledge of Yardi Voyager (7S, Elevate), and RENTCafe
Proficiency in YSR (Yardi Spreadsheet Reporting), Yardi Report Scheduler
Deep understanding of Yardi database schema, data structures, and security model
Programming & Database
Advanced SQL Server: SQL, stored procedures, functions, triggers, performance tuning, and indexing
YSR Reports development
Integration & Tools
ETL tools (SSIS preferred), data migration methodologies, and validation techniques
BI tools: Power BI, Tableau; Advanced Excel and data analysis
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or related field
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
Experience with Yardi Core Modules: GL, AP, AR, Property Management, Lease Administration
Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Experience Required
Total Experience: 4-7 years in technical consulting, SQL scripting
Yardi Technical Experience: Minimum 4 years in Yardi technical development, customization, and integrations
Regional Experience: UAE/GCC market experience preferred
