Elegancia Arabia is seeking a highly skilled BIM Manager with an Architectural background and at least 10 years of experience in delivering luxury projects such as five-star hotels, high-end residential communities, and mixed-use developments. The successful candidate will lead the implementation, coordination, and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes to ensure seamless integration across design, construction, and operation phases of the Rosewood Hotel project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full BIM implementation strategy for the project, ensuring compliance with project standards and client requirements.

• Coordinate and integrate BIM models across multiple disciplines (architecture, structure, MEP, interiors, etc.) to maintain design accuracy and consistency.

• Oversee BIM execution plans, model coordination, and clash detection processes throughout project stages.

• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure effective model management and workflow efficiency.

• Conduct model audits, quality checks, and data validation to ensure accuracy and adherence to project specifications.

• Develop and maintain BIM documentation, templates, and standards in line with international and company requirements.

• Provide technical leadership, training, and support to design and engineering teams to enhance BIM capabilities.

• Support the design and construction teams in visualizations, quantity take-offs, and 4D/5D simulations.

• Liaise with project stakeholders and the client’s BIM representatives to align on deliverables, processes, and reporting.

• Drive innovation through digital construction tools, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
