Delivery Manager Adecco Holding Emirates B.V. (Dubai Branch)

We are seeking an experienced *Delivery Manager* with a strong background in manpower supply and client portfolio management within the UAE. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end service delivery for multiple clients, ensuring operational excellence, workforce deployment efficiency, and client satisfaction. UAE market experience in manpower supply is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

#1. Client & Portfolio Management

• Manage a portfolio of delivery clients across various sectors in the UAE.

• Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and escalations.

• Conduct regular client review meetings to ensure service standards are met.

• Identify opportunities for business growth within existing accounts.

  
  

# 2. Manpower Deployment & Operations

• Oversee end-to-end manpower supply operations including mobilization, onboarding, and workforce allocation.

• Coordinate with recruitment, HR, and operations teams to ensure timely deployment.

• Monitor attendance, productivity, and workforce performance at client sites.

• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.

  
  

# 3. Team Management

• Lead and supervise operations executives, site coordinators, and support teams.

• Set performance targets and KPIs for delivery teams.

• Provide coaching and performance feedback to ensure service quality.

  
  

# 4. Service Delivery & Compliance

• Ensure SLA adherence and contractual compliance.

• Handle client escalations and resolve operational issues promptly.

• Maintain proper documentation related to manpower contracts, billing, and deployment records.

  
  

# 5. Financial & Reporting Responsibilities

• Monitor billing, invoicing, and collections in coordination with finance.

• Track cost control, margins, and profitability of assigned accounts.

• Prepare periodic MIS reports for management review.
