Finance Manager - Chemical Manufacturing

As a Finance Manager you will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, reporting, compliance, and business partnering with regional stakeholders. The position requires strong financial leadership, operational understanding, and the ability to support business growth while maintaining financial governance.

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.
• Ensure accuracy of financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Oversee cash flow management, cost control, and profitability analysis.
• Partner with business leaders to support strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.
• Maintain strong internal controls and financial governance.
• Lead and develop the finance team to ensure high performance.
• Support ERP system optimization and financial process improvements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Minimum 15 years total experience in Finance/Accounting.
• At least 5 years in a Finance Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong experience in manufacturing, industrial, FMCG, or related sectors preferred.
• Proven expertise in budgeting, financial reporting, FP&A, and compliance.
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar).
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Professional finance certifications (CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent) are a plus.
