Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
Respond promptly and professionally to patient inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Assist clients with appointment scheduling, billing inquiries, and general information about healthcare services.
Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex issues and ensure patient satisfaction.
Follow up with clients to ensure their needs have been met and issues resolved.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company services, policies, and procedures.
Handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and in compliance with data protection regulations.
Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to team initiatives.
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance service delivery.

1-5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or medical environment.
Fluency in both German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently from a home office as part of a hybrid workplace arrangement.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
High level of empathy and patience when dealing with patients and their families.
Willingness to work flexible hours as required by the business.
