Key Responsibilities
- Retention & Workforce Stability
- Own employee retention strategy across all three brands
- Track turnover by brand, branch, and role
- Identify high-risk branches and intervene early
- Conduct exit interviews and implement corrective actions
- Work with operations managers to reduce avoidable resignations
Benefits, Incentives & Rewards
- Manage benefits programs applicable to frontline and support staff
- Design simple, transparent incentive and reward systems suitable for retail teams
- Oversee awards, loyalty programs, attendance incentives, and performance recognition
- Ensure benefits and rewards are clearly explained and consistently applied across brands
Culture, Morale & Engagement
- Build a performance-first, respectful, and fair culture across all stores
- Design engagement initiatives that work for shift-based and workshop staff
- Organize brand-wide and branch-level events, celebrations, and recognition moments
- Reinforce company values through daily behavior, not slogans
Branch-Level Execution
- Regularly visit branches and workshops across the three brands
- Act as a bridge between employees and management
- Support branch managers in handling morale, discipline, and team issues
- Intervene in conflict situations professionally and decisively
Internal Communication
- Ensure consistent communication of policies, benefits, incentives, and programs
- Simplify HR messaging for frontline employee
- Support leadership announcements, campaigns, and cultural initiatives
Data, Reporting & Accountability
- Track and report on:
- Turnover and retentio
- Absenteeism and lateness
- Engagement initiatives participation
- Benefits utilization
- Produce clear monthly dashboards by brand and branch
- Recommend practical improvements backed by data
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Reduction in employee turnover across the three brands
- Improved attendance and punctuality
- Higher employee engagement and satisfaction
- Increased participation in recognition and incentive programs
- Fewer escalations related to morale or workplace conflict
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
- 4 8 years experience in HR, People Operations, or Employee Engagement
- Strong experience in retail, hospitality, services, or multi-location operations
- Hands-on experience with frontline workforce challenges
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, operational environments
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Personal Attributes
- Grounded, practical, and respected on the shop floor
- Empathetic but firm
- Highly organized and execution-oriented
- Trusted by both employees and management
- Comfortable enforcing standards while maintaining morale
- Reporting Line
- Reports directly to: CEO / Group Head of Operations
