� Job Opening: Sales Team Lead (Tele-Sales)

Location: Dubai
Experience: 4–8 Years

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Team Lead to manage and mentor a team of tele-sales professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, improving conversion rates, and ensuring the team consistently meets targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a tele-sales team to achieve sales targets

  • Monitor daily performance and provide regular coaching and feedback

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies and processes

  • Conduct training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge

  • Analyze sales reports and drive continuous improvement

  • Ensure excellent customer engagement and adherence to sales standards

Requirements:

  • 4–8 years of experience in sales, with prior Team Lead experience

  • Strong background in tele-sales or inside sales

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills

  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer queries and issues

  • Monitor support metrics (TAT, CSAT, quality scores) and improve performance

  • Coach and train team members on communication and service quality

  • Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve recurring issues

Requirements:

  • 4–8 years of experience in customer support, with Team Lead exposure

  • Strong people management and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
