The HR Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the full employee lifecycle including onboarding & offboarding, payroll administration, EOS calculations, employee relations, compliance with labor laws, and daily HR operational activities. The role ensures accurate payroll processing, legal compliance, employee documentation, and smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee onboarding process including documentation and system setup
  • Handle employee offboarding including clearance, exit documentation, and final settlements
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and related agreements
  • Review and approve recruitment authorizations (RA) and employment offers
  • Oversee monthly payroll processing and ensure accuracy
  • Manage employee attendance records and leave tracking
  • Calculate End of Service (EOS) benefits and final settlements
  • Review payroll reports and ensure timely salary disbursement
  • Handle salary adjustments, deductions, and allowances
  • Manage daily HR operations and employee requests
  • Issue employee letters (salary certificates, NOCs, experience letters, etc.)
  • Handle employee verifications and background confirmations
  • Process employee claims and reimbursement requests
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR database
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
  • Handle HR/legal matters and labor cases
  • Manage employee disciplinary actions and documentation
  • Support in resolving labor disputes and government-related matters
  • Liaise with legal advisors when necessary
  • Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, leave balance, payroll reports)
  • Monitor HR KPIs and compliance metrics
  • Ensure confidentiality and data accuracy
