Key Responsibilities
- Assist with hotel employee engagement programs, staff recognition, and wellness events
- Support internal HR communications including newsletters, emails, and posters for staff activities
- Coordinate welfare committee meetings and encourage participation from all departments
- Maintain event calendars, participation records, and expense tracking for HR reports
- Work closely with department heads to organize HR-driven events and staff initiatives
- Handle daily HR administrative duties such as document filing, onboarding support, and record management
- Participate in HR brainstorming sessions to propose creative ideas for improving workplace culture

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Enthusiastic, creative, and passionate about hospitality and people development
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Basic understanding of graphic or content creation tools is an advantage
Positive attitude with eagerness to learn and contribute to HR operations
