We are hiring an experienced Interior Fit-out Sales Executive to drive business development and sales for interior fit-out projects in Dubai. The role focuses on generating new business, managing key client relationships, and closing high-value interior projects across commercial and residential segments.

This position is suited for professionals with strong industry connections, proven sales performance, and hands-on experience in the UAE interior fit-out market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new sales opportunities for interior fit-out projects

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals

  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers

  • Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams

  • Manage key accounts and ensure long-term client retention

  • Track leads, follow-ups, and sales activities using CRM tools

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and project opportunities

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field

  • 5 8 years of proven experience in sales or business development within the interior fit-out industry

  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts

  • Established network within real estate, construction, and interior design sectors

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to handle multiple leads and projects simultaneously

  • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is an advantage

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently

  • UAE experience is mandatory

  • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel as required
