Operational Management Oversee daily limousine operations ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. Optimize vehicle scheduling, dispatching, and trip allocation. Ensure all operations align with company standards and RTA regulations. Monitor operational KPIs including trip performance, utilization, punctuality, and customer feedback.

Driver & Chauffeur Supervision Lead, train, and supervise the chauffeur team to maintain premium service standards. Manage driver rosters, attendance, grooming standards, and service quality. Address driver issues, performance concerns, and operational escalations. Oversee chauffeur onboarding, training, and compliance documentation.

Fleet Control & Maintenance Ensure vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and ready for service. Coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance, registration, insurance, and RTA inspections.

Manage vehicle downtime, replacements, and breakdown support. Monitor fuel usage, mileage, and operational cost efficiency.

Client & Corporate Coordination Communicate with corporate clients, hotels, and VIP service requests. Ensure high-quality customer service and timely resolution of complaints. Support new business opportunities and operational improvements.

Reporting & Administration Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Maintain accurate documentation: driver records, vehicle files, logs, and scheduling sheets. Manage operational budgets and reduce unnecessary costs. Coordinate with HR and PRO for driver-related documentation, visas, and renewals.
