Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM 8:00 PM (EGY Time)

About the Role

We re looking for an Operations Specialist to support our operations team in Cairo. You ll assist in managing daily job schedules, tracking engineer performance, and ensuring client needs are handled quickly and professionally. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow into a project coordination or operations role in a fast-paced, tech-driven company.

What You ll Do
  • Help respond to customer job requests and quote queries
  • Assist with job scheduling and booking confirmations
  • Support engineer assignment based on location and skills
  • Help track materials and manage returns when needed
  • Input job instructions into our booking platform
  • Monitor job progress and update statuses
  • Review engineer location using trackers
  • Check before/after job photos for quality
  • Assist with invoice generation
  • Help prepare daily reports and meeting updates

What You Need

  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Detail-oriented and eager to learn
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Comfortable using Microsoft 365 and new tools
  • Team spirit and clear communication
  • Previous experience in operations or property maintenance is a plus but not required
