Order Management / Customer Orders Executive (1-Year Contract)

We are hiring an Order Management / Customer Orders Executive for one of our leading clients, renowned for its excellence in the wines and spirits industry. This role is ideal for candidates from FMCG or E-commerce / Order processing exposure background who have experience managing high-volume customer orders and thrive in fast-paced environments.

Note: The candidate must be on Spouse/ Dependent/Own Visa.

Contract Type- 1-Year

Location- Dubai

Salary: 5000-6500 AED

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Support the Customer Experience Manager in delivering a seamless, high-quality service journey by ensuring accurate order entry, timely processing, and smooth fulfilment across multiple locations.

2. Act as a key liaison between customers, sales, credit, and logistics teams to resolve order holds, delivery queries, and stock-related issues efficiently.

3. Manage end-to-end order fulfilment by coordinating shipments, invoicing, stock transfers, and credit notes, while keeping customers and internal teams well informed on order status, availability, and timelines.

4. Proactively support the sales team in minimizing lost sales through effective stock allocation and delivery planning.

5. Provide ongoing operational support through inventory administration, warehouse coordination, stock reconciliation, and reporting, with regular analysis of orders, deliveries, and returns to drive accuracy and continuous improvement.

Key Performance Indicators

The Key performance Indicators will include (but not be limited to)

1. Accuracy of Orders processed.

2. Number of stock Returns due to wrong picking.

3. Customer Satisfaction – specifically related to Logistics issues
