Recruitment Research Officer
In this context, we wish to strengthen our team and are recruiting a:
Recruitment Research Officer, Casablanca

Main responsibilities:
To define the desired profiles with the recruitment officers
Sort the CVs from the job posting responses
Identifying suitable profiles on CV databases and professional social networks (LinkedIn)
Contact and assess candidates by telephone based on selection criteria (motivations, skills, etc.)
Write up summary elements following the telephone interviews
Propose pre-qualified candidates for interview to the recruitment officer
Follow up on recruitment files until the end of the assignment
Update candidate files.
Workplace: Casablanca, Morocco

Diploma (m/e) from a higher education program
Perfect mastery of the French language, both written and spoken

My proficiency with computer tools (Internet, Office, Outlook)
