Main responsibilities:

• Collaborating with recruitment managers to define the desired profiles
• Sort the applications received
• Identify suitable profiles in CV databases and via professional networks
• Contact candidates for a telephone assessment according to the selection criteria (language skills, motivation, qualifications, etc.)
• Write summaries after each telephone interview
• Submit the shortlisted candidates to the recruitment manager
• Monitor recruitment files until the end of the process
• Update candidate files in the system.
