Job opening: Recruitment Sourcing Specialist

Location: VEO Sousse Office

Main responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and engage candidates through various channels (social networks, job sites).

• Collaborate closely with managers and the recruitment team to understand needs and develop effective strategies.

• Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

• Conduct initial telephone interviews to assess interest, availability, and qualifications.

• Present a shortlist of candidates to the recruiter and write activity reports.

• Evaluate the language level of candidates and pass the feedback on to recruiters.
