Key Responsibilities Of The Role Include

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer s emails.
  • Management and resolve customer complaints.
  • Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system.
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
  • Provide product and service information to customers.
  • Research required information using available resources.
  • Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software.
  • Process orders, forms, and application.
  • Route calls to appropriate resources.
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls.
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary.
  • Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
  • Upsell products and services.
  • Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
  • Managing administration, communicating and coordinating with internal departments.
  • Complete call logs and reports.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s Degree or equivalent.
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications such as word, excel, and powerpoint.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment.
  • Expertise in the customer service practices and principles.
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills.
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately.
  • Must be proficient in CRM software.
  • Great active listening skills.
  • A patient and empathetic attitude.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environmentsPhone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of a company s products and/or services.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages.
