Role Summary

Sapical Consulting Services is looking for a Senior Product Manager – Compute Infrastructure to lead presales solutioning and product management across servers, storage, virtualization, and backup solutions. The role supports sales, OEM engagement, and enterprise solution design.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide presales and technical support to sales teams

• Design and present end-to-end infrastructure solutions

• Support RFI/RFPs, POCs, demos, and technical proposals

• Engage with OEMs, distributors, and principals (HPE, Dell EMC, Nutanix, VMware, Commvault, Cohesity, Veeam)

• Deliver product training to internal teams

• Assist in closing deals on technical grounds

Presales & Solutioning

• Work closely with the Sales team to provide end-to-end product and presales support to achieve sales targets.

• Design and present technical solutions aligned with customer business and IT requirements.

• Clearly articulate and demonstrate the value proposition of Sapical’s infrastructure solutions to prospects and clients.

• Support RFI/RFP responses, bid coordination, discovery workshops, technical discussions, solution architecture, and proposal creation.

• Lead and support Proof of Concept (POC) activities to assist sales in closing deals.

  
  

Customer & Account Engagement

• Support sales opportunities within existing and new accounts and ensure customers achieve their business objectives.

• Act as a trusted consultative advisor for enterprise and mid-market customers.

• Assist sales teams in closing deals on technical grounds whenever required.

  
  

OEM & Partner Management

• Manage and support products including HPE, Dell EMC, Nutanix, VMware, Commvault, Cohesity, Veeam, and related technologies.

• Conduct regular engagements with OEM teams for roadmap discussions, enablement, and solution alignment.

• Liaise with distributors for product availability, pricing, and commercial terms.

• Participate in commercial discussions with OEM principals when required.

• Track and manage OEM partnership certifications and revenue thresholds.
