We are seeking a results-driven and persuasive Tele Sales Executive to join our client’s team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must currently be based in the Abu Dhabi, UAE and available for immediate joining. This is a 2-month contract role with a possible extension, depending on performance and business requirements.


The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth by generating leads, engaging potential customers, and converting prospects into sales through outbound and inbound calls. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly are essential for success in this role.


About the Role

The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting exhibitions and events over the phone, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires proactive outreach, effective objection handling, accurate record-keeping, and close coordination with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey. The objective is to increase sales performance, expand the customer base, and contribute directly to business growth through consistent and effective telesales activities.


Key Responsibilities


Exhibitor Communication

  • Contact exhibitors at regular intervals to guide them in updating company details, product listings, descriptions, and images on the E-zone platform

  • Assist exhibitors in accessing the badge registration portal, completing badge registrations, and inviting colleagues to register for badges

  • Follow up with exhibitors who have not logged in to E-zone and assist them in updating company and product information

  • Respond to exhibitor queries or redirect them to the relevant teams regarding stand construction, marketing, operations, or registrations

  • Send reminder emails to exhibitors on a weekly basis (or as directed by the line manager) to ensure timely updates and registrations


Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of exhibitor updates and product information

  • Share daily product lists with the line manager using the provided Excel template

  • Prepare and submit a detailed End-of-Day (EOD), outlining calls made, emails sent, products updated, and other required metrics as per the reporting template

 

Onsite Engagement

  • Meet and interact with exhibitors during show days to collect information on innovative products, new launches, and product highlights

  • Capture and collect product photographs where required

  • Submit the gathered information using the provided Excel template by the end of the day


Performance & KPI Management

  • Achieve assigned daily KPIs and overall project KPIs related to exhibitor engagement, follow-ups, and platform updates

Feedback & Process Improvement

  • Proactively identify challenges or recurring issues faced by exhibitors when using the platforms and share feedback with the line manager

  • Report any issues with the portals or systems to the line manager and recommend areas for improvement

Key Requirements

  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)

  • Must be currently based in Abu Dhabi and available for joining on immediate or short notice.

  • Must hold a valid UAE visa with at least 6 months validity and be legally eligible to work in the UAE.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in telesales, customer service, or call centre operations.

  • Experience interacting with clients or stakeholders in a professional environment will be an advantage.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.

  • Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.

  • Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

  • High level of confidence, resilience, and customer focus.
