Job Title: Test Manager – Flexcube (Core Banking / Trade Finance)

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager / QA Manager with strong expertise in Oracle FLEXCUBE – Trade Finance to lead end-to-end testing and quality assurance initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive test strategy, manage QA teams, and ensure high-quality delivery across FLEXCUBE Trade Finance modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end QA activities for Oracle FLEXCUBE Trade Finance implementations.

• Drive testing for modules including OBDX, OBTFPM, OBTF with strong functional knowledge of:

  • Letter of Credit (LC)

  • Bank Guarantee (BG)

  • Collections

  • Trade Loans

• Define overall QA strategy, test approach, test plans, estimation, schedules, and governance framework.

• Manage SIT, UAT, Regression, and Integration Testing cycles.

• Implement risk-based testing methodologies to ensure maximum coverage and quality.

• Own defect lifecycle management, reporting dashboards, metrics tracking, and release sign-off.

• Coordinate with Business stakeholders, IT teams, and Oracle/System Integration partners.

• Ensure compliance with banking standards and project governance frameworks.

• Mentor and lead QA teams, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality benchmarks.

• Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, ALM, Xray and exposure to integration testing across banking systems.
