The role involves supporting all operational tasks as assigned by the shopkeeper, such as product arrangement and maintaining the sales floor. The individual is expected to have a friendly and engaging personality, confident and helpful in interacting with the public, and physically fit for standing long hours and lifting stock. As part of a team, the assistant should possess a comprehensive understanding of retail environments like fast-moving stock and consumer goods.

What You Will Do:

• Create a sparkling clean and organized environment through store maintenance and cleanliness.

• Demonstrate a positive attitude towards merchandise, the brand, and the company.

• Complete duties as assigned by the shopkeeper.

• Meet or exceed weekly sales targets.

• Participate in all market hall inventories and store meetings.
