We are currently seeking a dynamic and passionate Foundation Phase Educator to join our outstanding team at Tilal Al Ghaf Nursery, a member of the Kids First Group.
About the Role
As a Foundation Phase Educator at Tilal Al Ghaf Nursery, you ll play a vital role in nurturing, inspiring, and developing our young learners through a creative, child-cantered approach rooted in best practice and the British EYFS framework.
Requirements
Qualifications
Must hold a recognized Early Years qualification (e.g. CACHE Level 3, Bachelor s Degree in Early Childhood, BTEC, HND, PGCE in Early Years)
English as a first language (native level fluency)
Experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar early years setting
Proven expertise in delivering an enriched EYFS curriculum
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons based on EYFS principles
Foster a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for children
Work collaboratively with colleagues and management
Maintain open, positive communication with parents and caregivers
Monitor and document children s learning and development
Support children s personal, social, and emotional development
Bring creativity, flexibility, and a growth mindset to the classroom
Uphold health, safety, and safeguarding standards in the nursery
