The incumbent is responsible for leading and managing the Human Resources function of Bee’ah Abu Dhabi in order to deliver comprehensive HR services to the employees.

Accountabilities: Provide advice & assistance to the employees of Bee’ah Abu Dhabi on HR policies, procedures & documentation. Ensure that the HR functions are carried out in compliance with the company’s HR policies and procedures. Ensure sufficient manpower availability in the projects by closing the recruitment requests in a timely manner, in coordination with the Talent Acquisition Team. Take part in the candidate selection process, interview and select candidates to ensure the right person is hired for the right job. Ensure that the client objectives (KPIs) and other contractual obligations related to human resources are achieved and complied with. Monitor and ensure that the employees of Bee’ah Abu Dhabi are having valid visas / residence permits, insurance cards, Emirates IDs and other documents that are required by law, while in employment with the company. Prepare, review, and update the Job Descriptions and ensure that the employees are provided with their updated Job descriptions. Implement the employee Performance Management System in coordination with other managers and department heads by facilitating them in setting objectives and in conducting performance reviews for their team members. Identify training needs in conjunction with line managers; prepare training calendar and ensure the required training is provided to the employees as per the Training Plan. Address employee grievances and provide appropriate resolution on employee relations issues. Investigate employee misconduct, review disciplinary action suggestions, and initiate appropriate disciplinary action in line with the company policies and procedures. Motivate employees by developing and administering effective employee engagement events such as performer of the month, sports, cultural and social events. Conduct regular meetings/training/ workshops with the operations team for boosting employee morale. Keep regular track the employee turnover rate, analyze and implement strategies to control the turnover rate. Oversee the maintenance of personnel records including the employees’ attendance records and payments and deductions. Provide counseling and guidance to peers and employees as and when required. Prepare the HR Monthly report and quarterly HR performance Report and submit it to the Line Manager. Prepare and issue warning letters, employee separation notices, and salary and experience certificates. Health & Safety Responsible to ensure that required induction has been conducted for the employees. Responsible for all HSSE matters relevant to their jobs and will be accountable to their respective Manager for these matters. They shall ensure that the HSSE policy and standards are laid out to all operational personnel and relevant subcontractors. All requirements of the HSSE Management System are implemented in so far as they affect their area of responsibility. All statutory and client safe systems of work are always fully complied with. Staff under their control is aware of the actions required in the event of an emergency. Staff under their control fully understands their responsibilities for health, safety and the protection of the environment. Equipment is maintained in a safe state and good working condition and ensures that any defects are reported and corrected. Set a clear leadership example in the promotion of high standards of health, safety and environmental awareness. All accidents/incidents are reported and investigated, and corrective action implemented. All work areas under their control are kept clean and tidy and all emergency routes and safe areas are always unobstructed. Communication and working relationships Internal Project Manager & HR Director Peers: Collaborate to finish department objectives Corporate HR Team: Collaborate with corporate HR in implementing Bee’ah’s corporate HR objectives. All employees of the business unit: Communicate with all employees of the business unit directly or indirectly to build a positive work culture. External Recruitment agencies / HR consultancies Tadweer Ministry of HRE Other Government Authorities

Qualification & Experience Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma or master’s degree / MBA in any discipline (preferably in Human Resources) 5 – 7 Years of experience as HR Manager / Senior HR Executive Must have previous experience in similar large-scale delivery projects. Waste Management / Facilities Management Industry experience will be an added advantage. UAE / GCC Experience preferred. SHRM / CIPD HR certifications will be a plus

Knowledge & Skills MS-Office (Word, Excel & PPT) Knowledge of SAP (HR Module) or other similar ERP Knowledge of UAE & International HRM practices & concepts UAE Labor Law Knowledge Leadership & Motivation skills Planning & Budgeting Knowledge Recruitment & Selection Skills Problem Solving Skills Analytical skills Presentation skills Excellent oral and written Communication skills in English. Knowledge of Hindi / Urdu / Arabic will be a plus. Willingness to interact and deal with drivers & unskilled workers
