As an IT Director, you will be responsible for leading the company s overall information technology strategy, systems, and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient IT support for corporate functions and project operations.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead and manage the overall IT strategy, governance, and operations across head office and project sites.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise systems including ERP, finance, HR, document management, project controls, and collaboration platforms.
• Ensure reliable IT infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud platforms, and connectivity across offices and remote construction sites.
• Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies, data protection standards, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
• Align IT systems and digital solutions with construction project requirements, operational needs, and business objectives.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives such as BIM system integration, mobile field applications, data analytics, and automation solutions.
• Coordinate closely with executive management, project teams, finance, HR, procurement, and operations to ensure IT solutions support business performance.
• Manage IT budgets, procurement of hardware and software, vendor selection, contracts, and service-level agreements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the internal IT team, ensuring high performance and timely support.
• Review and approve technical designs, system architectures, upgrades, and integrations.
• Provide IT support during project execution phases, including site setup, system rollouts, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and international IT standards and best practices.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve efficiency, security, and scalability.
