This is a full-time remote role for an L&D Consultant. The L&D Consultant will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating learning and development programs tailored to client needs. Key day-to-day tasks will include assessing organizational training requirements, developing training strategies, creating instructional materials, delivering training sessions, and consulting with clients on ways to enhance employee development. Collaboration and communication will play crucial roles in fostering long-term client relationships and driving positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Training & Development and Learning Management to identify, design, and deliver effective learning solutions.
• Experience in Instructional Design to create high-quality training materials and resources suited to varied learning environments.
• Strong Consulting skills to assess business needs and provide actionable, tailored L&D strategies.
• Advanced Communication abilities, both written and verbal, to engage with clients and facilitate training sessions effectively.
• Ability to manage projects independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred: Experience in using modern learning technologies and tools, with a background in adult learning principles or HR development.
