Perform all the necessary operations to prepare payroll, including data entry, consistency checks, printouts, and monthly payroll closing.

• Process the various variable elements of payroll (bonuses, allowances, benefits) while ensuring their compliance with internal and legal rules.
• to prepare the monthly employee contribution declarations (DAC) within the allotted deadlines
• to establish the annual salary declaration (DAS), ensuring the accuracy of the data transmitted
• Manage and maintain the legal payroll records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Address and process all employee complaints regarding their compensation, providing clear explanations or escalating the situation if necessary.
• Calculation of STC and retirement severance pay
• Pr parer the provision of the allowance of cong
• Prepare the retirement allowance
• Ensure the archiving and updating of payroll-related documents
